From start to finish we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our home extension and renovation, which involved 4 meter rear extension, garage and loft conversions, full house renovation, underfloor heating, recreating the first floor, and adding bathrooms. Faizan and his team were real professionals from start to finish. From initial meetings to completion nothing was too much trouble and they really cared about our project, making sure every detail was perfect which is not easy as I am a perfectionist. The standard of work and finish are exceptional. They were very happy to meet with other contractors on the site such as landscaping and wardrobe-making companies and did their very best to accommodate them. Communication with Faizan and the team was brilliant throughout the project. The team was hard working, polite clean, and tidy as well as thoughtful of our neighbors too. We started talking to Faizan at the very early stages of our design and he was extremely patient as we had to get changes made to the original drawings and then reduce our plans when we understood the total costs. Faizan stood by us and eventually we confirmed that Faizan were assigned. We had to live in the house during the renovation and despite the team having to wait for us on occasion to free up certain spaces again they were very patient. The job was nevertheless completed on time and on budget. The management of the finances was easy with progress valuations as work was completed and we knew exactly where we were with money. The speed at which the various teams worked was staggering and the general quality was great. We had to work closely with the site manager to ensure our requirements were interpreted correctly and on occasion there were misunderstandings but everything got resolved. A project this size with us living in the house was never going to be easy but credit to Faizan and the team for making it as easy as it could be. Faizan was always available and responsive. Overall I would recommend Faizan and would use them if we decided to do this again!!

The project was a 60 sq.metre extension and refurbishment of two existing rooms to create a new 120 sq. metre entertaining room. Communication throughout was very good with Faizan visiting site several times each week to review progress, discuss next steps and answer any questions. He also provided some great ideas to improve the quality of the final look and feel of the extension. The quote was easy to understand and any changes to the original specification and costs (e.g. upgrading to brushed metal sockets, fitting a wooden floor) were agreed in advance so there were no nasty shocks with costs. Cost Valuations were provided every couple of weeks and outlined what work was being invoiced (e.g. Site clearance 100% complete, Foundations 30% complete). The valuations were clear and fairly reflected the work done. The on site team was led by Ranjit who did a great job and always set out to deliver exactly what I wanted. The team worked long hours to get the job done and were always polite. The quality of workmanship was very good, so I asked them to lay a new patio and install outside lights. This was also completed to a high standard. Snagging issues were carried out without question and we are delighted with the quality of the final extension and patio. I would definitely recommend Faizan.

My extension work was a 4m rear extension + garage to kitchen conversion with underfloor heating + front porch. Faizan's quote was in the mid range compared to other quotes I received. He started the works in very short time after we agreed the contract. I worked with Faizan based on feedback from other customers I talked to myself as references. Valuation and payment was based on progress percentage of work completed which is fair for both. Faizan did not request payment of works beforehand, but only when work was done. Reporting percentage of works completed was also accurate. Building work was eventually completed. It is good to find an honest builder who tries to keep his customer satisfied.

I felt involved throughout without the stress of managing the build myself. The standard of workmanship was high and work completed on schedule. What I found particularly helpful was the break down of costings had invoicing. You know exactly what you are paying for and keep track of the build progress.
